    How long is the minimum time for direct debit or virtual office service?

    The minimum contract period for these services is 3 months.

    Do I have the flexibility to change the type of domiciliation or virtual office?

    Yes, it is totally flexible, so if your business needs change, you can expand or reduce services.

    Do I get a discount on the use of meeting rooms as a customer?

    Clients with a domiciliation contract, virtual office or office rental have a 15% discount on the rate for half or full day rentals.

    Do you provide telephone service in languages other than Spanish?

    Yes, we can answer your calls in English.

    What type of Internet connection does the center have?

    In our business center all lines are fiber, symmetrical 1GB speed.

    Do you provide catering services?

    Yes, we can organize breakfasts and lunches upon request, as well as coffee and beverage service.

    What are the center's hours of operation?

    The opening hours, call answering and secretarial services are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm without interruption.

    Is the center closed for vacations?

    No, we are open every day of the year, except weekends and holidays.
